Unlike the 80's and the 90's where marketers, where highly dependent on sales figures to figure out their numbers for marketing efforts, a significant change was seen in the 2000's with the emerging digital world which made it seemingly easy to track your every $ spent from Marketing budgets.

It is very important as a marketer to understand various tools available to track your performance as it would not only give you good understanding of your spends but also makes sure that we make developing efforts.

Google provides two important solutions that can help drive a social media performance: Google+ and Google Analytics social reports.

As of today we have many softwares which use the Google Metrics as a base to calculate the ROI's for every social media campaign. Metrics provide the in-depth analysis on how your campaign are doing and how can we improve on our efforts do better.
