How to sync your Facebook calendar to your Google Calendar

The web calendar that Google provides is easily one of the best.In case you are worried that Google is acting on your private data in calendar you can opt out of this.

Let's get started.


Importing Data from Facebook

Step 1:

Log in to you Facebook account and on the left sidebar click on Events.It is highlighted in the picture to the left.

Step 2:On the right hand of the page and you can see an edit button "*" beside the "Today" button. click on that image and then click on export. When you click on Export, it will provide you with a URL. Copy the URL.

Step 3:

Now log in.to your Google calendar, towards the left of calendar you will see an item named Other Calendars and small drop down button to the right of it. Click on it and then click on 'Add by URL' in the resulting drop down and then right click and click on paste to paste the URL which you got form Facebook. Then click on Add Calendar button and it will import all your Facebook birthdays into your calendar.
